Rebate Programs

VGM believes our members should participate in the manufacturer rebate program that pays rebates directly to the end users (your club). To maximize your rebates select your preferred product vendor from the drop down list.

This program encompasses hundreds of products from nearly 300 manufacturers currently participating in the direct rebate program.

To receive cash rebates on your food purchases, please call 800-363-5480 and speak with one of the VGM representatives or click on the link below and complete the rebate program sign-up form.

We must have three items to enable you to participate in the rebate program:

VGM Club Cash Back Advantage

Your club must be enrolled in the program (Be sure to thoroughly complete your rebate form to ensure we have all the information necessary to get your club started.)
Provide account numbers for your broadline food distributor(s) (i.e., Sysco, U.S. Foodservice, GFS, FSA, TPC, Reinhart, Shamrock, Ben E. Keith, etc.), as well as smallwares and specialty suppliers.
Your signed approval. This will enable us to scan all your club's invoices to see what food and nonfood items you are purchasing that are targeted for manufacturer rebates to your club. If you are purchasing your food and other nonfood items from a broadline distributor, it will be very easy for us to capture the information for your club.

We encourage you to take advantage of this rebate program at no charge to you. It is another way to say thank you for participating in the national and regional programs.

John Deere Golf

VGM Club members receive a 1-2% cash rebate on John Deere Golf Equipment.

Rebate Structure:
$100,000 and under = 1%
$100,001 and up = 2%

Must notify your local John Deere sales rep of the rebate before the equipment is purchased/leased so they can get you qualified. Rebate forms MUST be COMPLETELY filled out and received within 60 days of date on invoice to qualify for the rebate. John Deere Golf national accounts do not qualify for this program.

Jacobsen, A Textron Company

VGM Club members qualify for an additional 1-2% cash rebate as well as an extended warranty when they purchase or lease a new piece of Textron Turf equipment.

Alsco

VGM Club members receive a 1-2% rebate on qualifying Alsco rentals including linens, towels, uniforms, mats and other items. Must be enrolled with Cash Back Advantage to receive rebate.
