How do I enroll in VGM Club?
It’s easy to join. You simply complete the membership application and Cash Back Advantage form and fax it in. Once we receive your information we assign a six-digit member number to your facility.
What happens after you assign us a member number?
VGM Club notifies all of our participating suppliers that you have joined the group. Your sales associate will also contact you to set up a staff orientation call. This helps them better understand all of the opportunities available to them in order to maximize your membership.
What happens if I am already using some of your participating suppliers at the facility?
Our staff is available to analyze any existing supplier invoices to see if participating on the VGM Club contract will benefit the facility. We work to ensure you have the best pricing available. We will also follow through to make sure the supplier has properly connected your account to the VGM Club contract.
What is the best way for the staff members to keep updated on your supplier programs?
Any individual involved with purchasing should be given your member number and register for access to the Web Site. The most current information and pricing details can be found on the site 24/7.
What if we are not invoiced at the VGM Club contracted pricing?
It is always a good idea to identify the club as a VGM Club member each time you order to help eliminate this problem. We also send out quarterly savings statements that include an audit sheet. If you have used a supplier but show no savings, check it off and include your account number when you fax it back to us. Our staff will follow up with the supplier to get the problem resolved and make sure you are satisfied.
Can VGM Club help with my capital purchases?
Absolutely! Be sure to include VGM Club in any Request for Quote (RFQ) at your facility. We can also save your staff time by looking across our entire supplier base and getting you multiple quotes from your one phone call. We can also provide financing options for any this equipment as well.
